The current captains list has 24 names left on it. I believe their last promotions were in either August or September so they're due for one. How soon can we see a list to be established?
Two classes left so it will need to be out by June. Even if the new test has 50-60 names on it that's only another 4-6 more classes. There will be another test by the end of 2014 or beginning of 2015.
