Just some excerpts from a convo I had w a recently promoted captain: "wish I would have listened to the people who told me to turn it down." "Do yourself a favor and skip the test" " I have tues and thurs off" when I told him how many people were studying in bmoc " they don't know what they are in for". Not very encouraging to say the least.
I was promoted to Lt 6 months ago and am already back into a detail. 15 years on and I may stay to 25 but this is the hardest decision I have ever had to make. Going to sit for it but the studying just hasn't been going well.
