How much more lucrative will a full birds pension be compared to a lieut making 150 -175 a year for 10 years? I'm not sold on the idea of this job becoming my life. I'd like to go on vacation and not be getting phone calls on my blackberry every hour. In some Boros captains get their schedules two weeks prior, with Tuesdays and Fridays off. Im leaning towards stayin lieut, making my cash OT, having a peice of weekend, building up my seniority in that rank, find a gig.
