I think there will be Sept. 28 LT promos. You have to figure that a handful of those 20 on terminal will retire.

Soo........the -14 Lt.s and the 11 Captains promoted on the 26th give us our 26 Lt. promotions. This leaves 20 Lts on termininal who (upon retirement) & with another Captains class give us a definite Festivus Class 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
