At the rate of promotions, I think this list will last three years total. We should be potentially half way by the end of the year.

The list has been active for 1 year and 3 months and its pretty much half way done after this next promotion. I think thats great movement. Does anybody disagree ?

I would not be surprised if we have 2 more promotions after this 26 goes in or at least one big promotion of at least 35-40 lieutenants before years end.
