And then, it's a wrap!  

 

Consider this--those people taking the 11/23 exam off the 2006 Lt. Exam have it made(if they pass).  They're not competing against any of the 2011 Lt.'s until July.

I don't think there are many from the 2006 list taking this exam though

If that's the case, then great, right?

Only 20 or so will even be eligible next July. All they have to do is pass.
