uniform promotions usually starts calling commands after 1300 the Friday before. But everyone is saying Thursday promo so maybe today?

There is no list. Finest comes down Wednesday or Thursday

Promotions to Lt and Above + Civilians: Report at 0900, Ceremony at 1100

Promotions to Det and Sgt/SDS: Report at 1200, Ceremony at 1400
