I think that sounds about right. I know its too early to say, but I heard a September class may be going in as well. The person I heard it from is reliable, but said it is no a definate.

Yes, but not all of them are due in November. I believe that is the month that they started promoting from the 2009 sgt. List. As for the guys with other issues, its anyone's guess.
